About Us

James Lauren Beauty LLC is a mother-daughter quilting business, based out of the greater Cleveland, OH area.  We turn treasured memories and stories into traditional, quilted tapestries, quilted wall hangings and one of-a-kind custom quilts. We have been fortunate to share our passion and craftsmanship in variety of ways such as through exhibitions at the National Quilt Museum, Chagrin Arts, and Michigan State University (MSU).  Additionally, we've taught quilting classes at MSU and through multiple branches of the Cleveland Public Library system, and we have a quilt in the MSU archives.

    I commissioned a custom Zelda stained glass window quilt after discovering James Lauren Beauty on TikTok. Rebecca has been the most incredible artist to work with. She was helpful answering my many questions, and ultimately produced a work of art that I am so excited to give my Zelda loving wife.     I came across the James Lauren Beauty on TikTok and saw the amazing quilts Rebecca had made. After watching a few of the videos, I saw one regarding commission requests and submitted a request for a Dune quilt. Rebecca responded and was incredibly supportive and helpful through the entire process of understanding exactly what I wanted. She kept me updated the entire time and when the was finished and finally arrived, I was in awe. Rebecca and her mother over delivered. The attention to detail and the color choice for everything from the back of the quilt even down to the color of the thread was perfect. 10/10! Thank you so much for the wonderful quilt.
